1. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means that Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refunds.

 

2. Refund Window We want you to be completely satisfied with AI Digital Bookshelf Pro. If the software does not meet your expectations, or if you encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

 

3. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, please contact us with your Transaction ID and the email address used at checkout. We will initiate the refund request with Paddle on your behalf. Alternatively, you may contact Paddle support directly using the links provided in your emailed receipt.

 

4. Post-Refund Access Upon the issuance of a refund, your license will be immediately revoked and your software will revert to the standard free tier.
